Bassel and his team are great. They have always responded quickly to questions with kindness and accuracy. They get the work done fast and are thoughtful and mindful of not disrupting other things going on. As a school we really appreciate that. They are helpful and think have gone the extra mile to help solve some of our quirky needs.

The sales rep Dakota, who met with me, was very helpful in outlining the best system to meet my needs. Would definitely recommend.

So far meeting Dakota, a representative from Security one has been a good experience. He was not pushy at all, he answered all our questions and he custom organised all the security system to our needs. Dakota definitely knows his stuff. We won’t get it installed until the end of June 2023 and we can’t wait once it’s all set up. I would like to give another review after the fact. Angelina and Stephen.

We switched our service provider at the small business where I work, and I cannot speak highly enough about the team through every step of the process. From the initial consult with Chris and Dakota, through installation, setup and training, everyone was outstanding! They were professional, personable, and worked with us to find a solution to suit our needs and budget. Bassel and the installation team did a great job, was efficient, respectful of the spaces, and cleaned up after themselves (which is more than can be said for a lot of contractors). I feel Bassel went above and beyond! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Just switched our legacy ADT system over to Security ONE after it was unfortunately taken over by TELUS (extremely poor customer service) and we could not be happier. Security ONE was easy to reach by telephone and quickly confirmed that they could take over the monitoring of our existing service. Just switched to Security One from Rogers. The Security One install was excellent and everything is working as quoted. A great change from Rogers, whose system never worked properly. It is nice to feel like an appreciated customer after 3 years of terrible service with Rogers. Thanks Bassel for an easy no hassle installation.
